In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4), the environmental impact report for the pharmaceutical intermediate product production project of Yantai ShunKang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is hereby announced before submission for approval.
I. Basic Information of the Construction Project
Project Name: Pharmaceutical Intermediate Product Production Project of Yantai ShunKang Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
Construction Location: Emei Road East, Provincial Chemical Industry Park, Laiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone
Construction Nature: Expansion
Construction Content: This project has a total investment of 131.73 million yuan and a newly built area of 17,341 square meters. The project includes three pharmaceutical intermediate production lines, a wastewater treatment plant, and supporting facilities such as warehouses. Specifically: (1) Production Scale: Annual production of 500 tons of 1,2,3,4-Tetrahydropyrazino[1,2-a]indole, 25 tons of 1-methyl-3-propylpyrazole-5-carboxylic acid, and 100 tons of 4-acetamido-3-methoxy-fluorobenzene; (2) Wastewater Treatment Plant Capacity: 300 tons/day.
