Brief description of the construction project: The total investment of this project is 131.73 million yuan, and the new construction area is 17,341 square meters.The project includes three kinds of pharmaceutical intermediate production lines, sewage treatment stations, warehouses and other supporting facilities.Among them: (1) Production scale: annual output of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrazino [1,2-A] indole 500 tons, 1-methyl-3-propylpyrazole-5-dicarboxylic acid 25 tons, 4-acetamide-3-methoxy-fluorobenzene 100 tons; (2) Sewage station processing capacity: 300 tons/day.

2. Main environmental issues
The environmental impact of this project is mainly reflected in the operating period.Environmental pollutants generated during operation: waste gas from production workshops, waste gas from sewage treatment stations, volatile waste gas from raw and auxiliary materials; wastewater includes process wastewater, equipment cleaning wastewater, ground flushing wastewater, domestic sewage, etc.; Solid waste includes industrial and domestic waste, distillation kettle residual liquid, waste packaging, sludge, waste activated carbon, etc.; Noise is mainly derived from the operation noise of various reactors, pumps, centrifuges, pulverizers and other equipment in production workshops and sewage treatment stations.
3. Pollution prevention and control measures
Flue gas purification is planned to be treated by acid absorption tower and activated carbon adsorption process and discharged to the standard; wastewater such as production and domestic sewage is pretreated by the sewage treatment system in the plant and discharged to the standard into the sewage pipe network, and finally discharged into the sewage treatment plant of Everbright Water Affairs (Laiyang) Co., Ltd. For treatment; the domestic waste of employees is entrusted to the local sanitation department for unified clearance and treatment, and the residual liquid of the distillation kettle and other hazardous wastes are entrusted to Qingdao Xintiandi Solid waste Comprehensive Disposal Co., Ltd.; Noise emission equipment adopts corresponding noise reduction measures to ensure that the factory boundary meets the standards.
