Article 1. The company's management of waste generated must comply with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and national standards.Follow the work policy of “prevention first, combining prevention and control” for environmental protection; achieve simultaneous planning, implementation, and development of production construction and environmental protection.Realize the organic unification of economic, social and environmental benefits.

Article 3. The main person in charge of the company is the first person responsible for the prevention of environmental pollution by hazardous waste, and bears comprehensive leadership responsibility for the company's environmental protection work, and leads it to move forward steadily.The comprehensive department of the company is responsible for the unified supervision of the company's hazardous waste pollution prevention and control work.The company has set up a leading group for the prevention and control of environmental pollution by hazardous waste to make decisions, supervise and coordinate the company's environmental protection work.

Article 4. Hazardous waste generated by the company must be declared and registered in accordance with the relevant regulations of the national and municipal environmental protection bureaus on the declaration and registration of pollution sources.

Article 5. The company's centralized hazardous waste storage facilities and sites must be uniformly planned and environmentally supervised, and the hazardous waste generated must be uniformly sent to the centralized facilities and sites for storage.

Article 6. Each workshop department conducts on-site inspections and requests information on the generation, collection, storage, and disposal activities of hazardous waste within its jurisdiction.

Article 7. In the process of collecting, storing, and disposing of hazardous waste, in the event of a pollution accident or leakage accident, the relevant units and persons in charge shall immediately take measures to eliminate pollution hazards, report in a timely manner, and accept investigation and treatment.

Article 8. Dumping, stacking or discharging to districts and cities other than hazardous waste disposal sites is strictly prohibited.

Article 9. Storage facilities for hazardous waste must comply with national standards and relevant regulations, and set up obvious signs to identify hazardous waste.

Article 10. For the collection, transportation and storage of hazardous waste, it must be classified and packaged according to the characteristics of hazardous waste. The packaging containers and storage places must have signs indicating the nature of the waste.

Article 11. Hazardous waste storage sites must be strictly managed and maintained to ensure normal operation and prevent environmental pollution accidents. The storage, use, disposal, facilities and places of hazardous waste that have been discontinued must be tested by the environmental protection testing department and measures to prevent pollution shall be taken in accordance with relevant technical specifications before they can be discontinued, and they shall be filed with the municipal environmental protection administrative department within one month of cessation of use or closure.It is forbidden for any unit or individual to encroach on or damage hazardous waste storage, utilization and disposal sites and facilities.
