The company has a group of experienced and professional R&D teams. Various supporting facilities are relatively complete and can fully undertake the research work of developing new products and improving existing product processes for the company.

 

There are 2 PhDs and 12 Masters with rich research and development experience. Nearly 30 experimenters with proficient operational skills. The R&D team is closely integrated with pilot and production to ensure that the small-scale synthesis process is suitable for pilot and large-scale production processes.


The philosophy of the R&D team is to constantly innovate and never fall behind.

Quality Management

 

Sikon Biotech reached the standard of ISO9001 quality management system. Our quality control system including: Raw material, Manufacturing, Packing, Transportation and so on. We also set up specific quality control program to assure the quick response according to clients feedback. In addition, we set up EHS control system, including: safety production, environmental protection, occupational health,etc.

Quality Control

 

The company currently has advanced analytical instruments such as gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, gas mass spectrometry, liquid mass spectrometry, thin-layer chromatography scanner, electro-optical analysis balance, ultraviolet spectrophotometer, digital melting point tester, etc., ensuring that the factory products fully meet quality standards.


Equipped with a fully functional quality analysis and testing center, equipped with several HPLC, GC, optical rotation equipment, moisture analyzer, and other equipment, it can conduct comprehensive quality tracking and analysis throughout the research and development and production process.

Customization OEM

The company has complete production equipment and facilities, with over 200 sets of equipment including 50L~8000L enamel, stainless steel reaction kettle, Hastelloy alloy kettle, distillation and distillation tower, three-in-one dryer, drying room, low-temperature liquid nitrogen storage tank, etc., which can meet the customized processing needs of various reaction types.


Capable of achieving various conventional reactions such as Grignard, and ultra-high temperature (200 ℃~300 ℃).


There is already a microchannel reactor workshop that can achieve continuous production, energy conservation, and emission reduction.


There are various cooperation methods that can meet the customized processing needs of various chemical synthetic products.
